Who is responsible

What the app collects
- Your email address, if you sign in with an email link, or your Apple or Google account identifier if you use those.
- Your tasks, routines, your pile of unsorted tasks, and your history of completed tasks.
- Settings you choose, such as notification times.
Why we use it
To run the app, sign you in and keep your information in sync between your devices. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads. TODO confirm: no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs
Who processes it
TODO list the backend host, email sender, and sign-in providers (Apple, Google), with their countries
Notifications
Gremlin sends notifications you turn on, such as your morning routine reminder. You can change or turn them off in the app or in your phone settings.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing support. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. TODO legal review
